  1. lazerlipz says:

    Like Peyote, spirit guide—coyote
Sans San Pedro, wacked-out Day Glo
    Hare Krishna doctor dance
    Alien alphabet, kosmic trance
    Kaleid-o-scopic madman logic
    Poison lipstick, burnt-out beatnik
    Shaman magic desert stew
    Streetwise dragonflies, 1st grade glue
    Voodoo, Ju Ju, Chinese tattoo
Haunted Bayou, catch twenty 2 true
    Hypnotocized, psychadelified
    Vortex, witch-hex, Jedi mind
    Karma, dharma, cobra charmer
    Curséd numbers, phantom slumbers
    Dreams prismatic, manic panic
    My straightjacket black jack magic
    Hallucination across the nation
    This vexation, my tribulation
Must be something in the air—
    I always see you everywhere.

  3. wryness says:

    I never think I saw
    what I know I didn’t see.
    I only worry, care
    for the things unseen
    inside of me.

  4. Russell says:

the sight pulls at each of his feet
one and then the other, forward.
soon he’s on his knees, then
    his face, his goal tugging
at the points of his hair.

  5. embermichelle2011 says:

    Are You Sure?
Sitting in a dark secluded room,
    With no one to converse.
You gaze out at the swollen moon,
Then back to the light under the door.
    Flash, pitter patter,
    What was that?
    Do you know for sure?
Is it a poltergeist or a ghost,
Or merely a friend playing a cruel joke?
    Surely it is a hoax,
    No such things as ghosts.
    RAWWWRR!!!!
    You nearly hit the ceiling,
Your friend just laughs and smiles.
You then sit and laugh about it,
Smile and say there is a ghost behind you…

  6. embermichelle2011 says:

    Paranoid Nights

    Moonlight dances around my fears,
Solace envelopes it like a blanket,
Though the night is crystal clear, it frightens me.
The windows stare carefully at me,
    Only adding to my fears.
The wind whispers through the trees,
Saying be calm my child, just go to sleep.
