  1. SBgiselle says:

    What am I to do?
All I wanted was one book
    But as i reached
    For the bottom-most one
    The entire stack
    Tumbled on top of me
    And now I am stuck
    Beneath a heavy heap
    Of literary works.

  2. wryness says:

    Every step I take
    Is leaded with weariness
And the pain in my throat.
    Man, I hate being sick.

  3. deepgreen says:

    The days of the dances
    Always bring
    A heavy weight
    Of disappointment
    In my heart
    As I sit at home
    And watch
    Pointless television.

  4. SBgiselle says:

    I have so many ideas,
    Flowing through my head.
But a heavy wall blocks them,
    So they cannot be read!
    Sometimes i poke holes,
    In that massive stockade.
But the thoughts don’t fit through!
    And ideas are never made!

  6. Russell says:

lugging around everything that he’s hiding
never able to unload on somebody else

  7. Volkam says:

    Heavy is the sound
    of a beating drum
    pound pound pound
    thump thump thump

    heavy are the limbs
    of a soldier after war
    vision begins to dim
    what was he fighting for?

    Heavy is the hand
    of a disciplining dad
who must teach his son to stand
and accept his deed as bad

    heavy is the heart
who has lost a loved one
    to someplace far
    lover, brother, sister or son
