  1. kshaw10 says:

There he walks, holding your hand.
You may not see him but in time you will understand
He guides you gently down the path that was meant for you
Through the grass glistened with morning dew

As you walk in the darkness he lights the way
protects you from danger all through the day
You go through life never truly knowing
but one day you’ll be in the heavens glowing..

  2. Russell says:

    I trod up the sidewalk
    on my way to school
    and the whole time wishing
    my feet were rockets
and I could blast straight off
    at top speed, high and
    up to the clouds, swishing
    by trees and birds,
to then land in no time
    in my morning class,
    smile at the teacher
    and have him wonder
at the smoke from my feet.

  3. Sorgie says:

    In groups they march
Pepper flakes over the open white
    Theirs is the only movement
    Beside the snow itself

    Huddled down together
    Packed in for warmth
    Perhaps the cold
is why they choose to walk

    A walk with a girl
    is always either the end
    or the beginning.
