  1. wryness says:

    I’m told that in winter
    The Earth is the farthest
    It lies from the Sun.
    The Sun isn’t moving
    But we are, away.

    But I hear the carols
    And I see the giving
    And I give in turn,
    And I say this time
    Is the Season of Light.
    The Son isn’t moving
    But we are, and nearer.
